Hatha Flow Yoga Class

Join us for a Hatha Flow yoga class — a heart-centered practice designed to nurture, ground, and uplift. This gentle yet invigorating session weaves together the mindful strength of Hatha yoga with the fluid grace of vinyasa-inspired movement.

Expect a slow, intentional flow with longer holds, breathwork (pranayama), and time for reflection — perfect for all levels, including beginners. Whether you're brand new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this class offers a space to feel supported, seen, and appreciated.
