Unstoppable Women Presents: Spring into FITNESS

Its time to shape up and be healthy! USW will be hosting a weekly to biweekly, Christian Zumba, step classes, and other fun work out activities!

We also will have a nutritionist to help create meal plans to help encourage healthy eating habits! Please see sister Nicole for more details.
