Restore & Explore Slow Flow with Katie

Open Level/ All Experience Levels Welcome!

Join us for some midweek rejuvenation as we cultivate the energy and intention that welcomes in the day ahead with love and inspiration! This sequence is a restorative flow welcoming us to take it easy as we engage in self inquiry and gift ourselves with a recharge. Through class, we will practice the poses and merge the movement with the breath, inviting that strength and flexibility to our physical, mental and emotional bodies! Come as you are, all experience and energy levels Welcome as we discover asanas (poses), pranayama techniques (breath work) and expand upon our mindfulness that we receive through the benefits of our practice.

Modifications and Props Provided. :)
