Adam’s journey into mindfulness and meditation began during a pivotal moment in his life. After decades of struggling with depression, he discovered a profound sense of peace by cultivating inner stillness and embracing life’s challenges with a beginner’s mind. His exploration into how sound affects the brain and body revealed its power as a meditative focal point, leading him to appreciate the profound role of musical harmony and resonance in promoting balance and well-being.

Adam is a sound healing facilitator, and teacher of meditation and mindfulness. He is deeply committed to guiding others toward the realization that peace, wellness, and wisdom are already within us. Adam believes that by staying curious and open as lifelong learners, we can embrace our humanity with loving compassion and discover a deeper sense of authenticity.
