Using the power of guided, conscious breath, we can achieve non-ordinary states of mind that can bring transcendent insights that help free us from unhealthy patterns of thought, unreleased trauma, and limited views of our own potential and purpose. In this experiential workshop, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a conscious connected breathing method that will invite you to explore the deep reserves of your body-mind system’s innate wisdom and healing capacity.
Music and sound are a key and powerful component of these breathwork experiences, and the soothing, therapeutic sounds of traditional singing bowls and gongs will bring a very special added layer to this workshop!
Because conscious connected breathing activates similar physiological and neurological processes as psychedelics (quiets the prefrontal cortex and Default Mode Network of the brain), it invokes similar experiences and is therefore sometimes referred to as “psychedelic breathwork.”
Aside from the powerful psychological and spiritual insights that can come from psychedelic breathwork, benefits of this type of breathing also include:
