Free Kiwi Avoidance Training for Dogs

Dog owners in Rodney please help to protect our growing kiwi populations! If you live or work with a dog in areas known to be home to kiwi, then join us at our Kiwi Avoidance Training sessions in Matakana in June.

3️⃣ Saturday, 07 June – Morris and James Pottery 48 Tongue Farm Road, Matakana 0985
🕘 Time: 9 AM – 3:30 PM
⏱ Our KAT trainer will guide you and your dog through a 10-minute e-collar session to teach kiwi scent avoidance.
💡 While KAT is a valuable tool, it’s not foolproof. We recommend that all dogs entering areas known to be home to kiwi remain on a leash at all times.
