Laughter Meditation ~ taster session ~ with Veerji

In this drop-in introduction to Laughter Meditation Veerji invites you to come and sample this 90-minute playshop which offers an holistic approach explaining the physiological aspects of the healing nature of our own joy-filled laughter!

The playshop guides you through ways of how to tap into our own spontaneous, healing laughter to help stimulate our endocrine system, boost our immune system, increase lung capacity and expand own own sense of well-being.

As vibrational creatures we have the ability to tap into the energy centres of our bodies (the Chakra centres) and help recalibrate and reharmonize these areas and allow the body to be in balance; in ease. Not in dis-ease.

The playshops are experiential, fun-filled and a safe place/space to get out of our minds (in both senses).

If this introduction is to your liking you are invited to the full 3 hour workshop on 18th May.

Please wear comfortable clothes. Water, yoga mats and blankets are available to use.

We ask for a minimum donation of £5 paid on your arrival to help with the upkeep of Shambala.

Parking is available on the streets surrounding Shambala, or at Buxton Road car park, 2 minutes walk away.
