Katie is a poet and mental health advocate whose work focuses on healing, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing. She is the author of ‘Growing’ and ‘Ebb and Flow’, two poetry collections that explore themes of grief, growth and personal reflection. Through her writing and spoken word, Katie creates a calm and thoughtful space for connecting and understanding.
