- **Event Description**: As we honour the longest night and the slow return of beginning of lighter longer days we'll celebrate the Winter Solstice (also closely connected to the Norwegian & Germanic celebration of Yule) with a cacao ceremony followed by a grounding Journey Meditation and concluded with a delicious Yoga Nidra (sleep meditation).  The themes the Winter Solstice centre around are retreating deep rest and going within but also gathering celebrating and honouring the darkness.  After coming together around the circle and taking a few moments to reflect on the past year and where we are now we'll also feel into where we're going considering our intentions for the year ahead.  We'll bring attention and intention to these through drinking a cup of cacao together drawing an oracle card and some guided journalling before cosying down for the guided meditation of Yoga Nidra.  To complement this seasonally-themed evening expect a thoughtfully curated playlist essential oils & smokes a beautifully adorned circle and a welcoming inclusive space.
