Info: We’ll start with a gentle mindfulness exercise to help you feel calm and present. There’s no pressure to do anything—just focus on being here, in the moment. We’ll also give a quick overview of the evening, so you know exactly what to expect.
Info: In this section, our first speaker shares how she went from struggling to speak to her boss to confidently commanding rooms of hundreds.
Info: There are many tools for overcoming speaking anxiety, but this might be the most powerful. Experience a hands-on hypnotherapy session and discover the impact of mindfulness—leaving with practical tools you can use daily.
Info: If you’re up for it, you can partner with someone to chat about why you’re here with directed questions. If not, that’s perfectly fine too—you can just listen in or observe.
Info: Ten participants will step up for a 1-minute impromptu speech or take on a quick challenge that stretches their comfort zone. This is where we push comfort zones, but it’s completely optional.
