Root to Rise: Exploring Arm Balances & Elevated Asana

Ready to take flight? Join Nina for a playful and empowering journey into the world of arm balances and advanced postures. This workshop invites you to explore strength, stability, and surrender in a supportive, soulful space.

We'll break down the mechanics of poses like Crow, Side Crow, headstands and more—offering modifications, progressions, and lots of time to play. With a focus on breath, bandhas, and body awareness, you’ll learn how to root deeply so you can rise with confidence and grace.

This isn’t about nailing the perfect shape—it’s about curiosity, presence, and discovering what’s possible when you meet yourself with both courage and compassion.

Open to students with a strong foundational practice. Bring your mat, your heart, and a willingness to try.
Come get strong, get grounded, and maybe even get a little airborne.
