Yoga Nidra

YOGA NIDRA outdoor at Meadowlark Bay Beach, Lanoka Harbor. Wed. June 18th, 7pm. Bring your own mat, towel or even beach chair to recline back in and get ready to zen out!!!

Route 9 to Bay Way. Follow all the way down, make Left on Meadowlark right before the dead end. Bay beach with plenty of parking straight ahead.

Just one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of regular sleep!
