Teen Yoga (ages 11-15)

This class is designed to inspire young yogis to establish good wellness habits that last a lifetime. We will practice yoga, build strength, enhance flexibility, boost focus, and explore the mind-body connection.

Yoga provides teens with practical tools that they can use on and off the mat - from self-awareness to enhancing areas of social, physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This class is also designed to complement young athletes as an active-rest day to aid in recovery and avoid sports-related injuries.

Youth yogis can expect to leave this class inspired and filled with encouragement to grow and explore. While we aim to cultivate this mind-body connection with all ages, this class is designed for pre-teen/teens ages 11 to 15.
