Alignment – Energize, Empower & Embody Your Practice
Advancing your yoga practice isn’t just about handstands or the splits—it’s about deepening your relationship with the most foundational postures.
When we tune into how a pose feels rather than how it looks, we access a deeper connection to ourselves—and to the heart of yoga.
The Alignment workshop moves beyond basic cues. You’ll learn energizing techniques that build stronger, more conscious postures, sharpen your mind-body connection, and support seamless transitions in your flow.
If you feel curious about how to refine your yoga pose practice, want to become more engaged in your poses, or learn some strategies to elevate your state, this workshop will help you get there.
Each EVOLVE weekend includes a group practice to introduce the theme, guided asana sessions, enriching presentations, and hands-on experiences that help you embody the teachings.
Weekend Schedule:
Friday
6-7pm group asana
7:30-9pm Introduction to Alignment principles
Saturday
9-10:30am group asana
11-12:30pm presentation and conversation
12:30-1pm break
1-4pm experiential opportunities
Sunday
10-11:30am group practice
12-2pm discussion and experiential opportunities
EVOLVE is a five-part series designed for those who want to expand their knowledge without committing to a traditional 200-hour teacher training. Each weekend workshop stands on its own, allowing you to explore at your own pace.
Complete all five workshops and feel called to teach? We’ve got you covered. A special sixth weekend will bridge the full experience into a 200-hour YTT certification.
Already a 200 or 500hr trained teacher? This course can be applied toward Continued Education hours.
