Embrace the longest day of the year as we celebrate the Summer Solstice and honor our inner Fire. Summer is ruled by the Fire energy which is connected to the meridians of the Heart, Small Intestine, Pericardium, and Triple Heater. Our Heart is the home to the Shen - the part of our soul which governs the mind and consciousness - and a well-balanced Fire energy is at the root of love and compassion. Our ability to connect with our inner truth, have clarity of mind and emotions, cultivate authenticity, communicate from the heart and follow our own path stem from a well balanced and nourished Fire energy. As we welcome in the light together on the Summer Solstice, we also tap into this potent turning point and revel in our innate gifts and allow our light to be fully revealed.
Expect:
A 2 hour practice includes pranayama, meditation, journaling and a yin sequence to honor the Fire element with you on the most yang day of the year.

*Please bring a yoga mat, a journal and feel free to bring an item for the altar. All other props will be provided.
