The Office of Sustainability and Community Engagement invites you to the next Town & Gown Workshop - Optimizing Nonprofit Organizations: Elevating Board Governance on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from 12pm-1:30pm at the Alumni Center! This free workshop is open to faculty, staff, and the general public. Seating is limited. Lunch will be provided.

Strong governance is the foundation of a high-impact nonprofit. This practical workshop is designed to strengthen board performance, clarify roles and responsibilities, and equip board members and executive leaders with the tools to foster a culture of accountability, strategic thinking, and mission alignment.
