Falling for it, A CI fundamentals class and jam.

Class from 6:30-8:00
Jam 8:00-9:30

In this class/lab we’ll look at how our bodies interact with the earth and each other.
We’ll play with how our natural instincts allow us to play with flow and freedom.
Jam will follow at 8:00.
Come out and play!

$15-25 suggested, all levels welcome, beginner friendly.
