Start your morning with calm, clarity, and a connection to nature. Join us every Tuesday at 7:30 AM for Yoga in the Park with the wonderful Shobha. These gentle, low-impact sessions are perfect for all ages and experience levels — whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.

Breathe deeply, move mindfully, and enjoy Kingston’s scenic waterfront as your studio.

🧺 What to Bring:
✔️ A yoga mat
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Comfortable clothing for movement

🚻 Note: Park washrooms open at 9:00 AM
🌧 Classes are cancelled in case of inclement weather
