Chef Demo: Black Dog Tavern

Our next Chef Demo is happening early this week on Thursday, July 31, because we know you can't wait to feast your eyes on more delicious local bites!

Chef Dave from Black Dog Tavern is firing up Steak Tartine in the City Hall amphitheatre from 5 to 6 PM. Think grilled flank steak, crispy leeks, and a rich béarnaise sauce. Yum!

Chef Dave will demo the béarnaise live and chat about classic French mother sauces. Snag a $2 sample and grab a recipe card to try it at home.

Black Dog Tavern brings a fresh take on French dining with thoughtfully sourced food and wine served in a charming brick-lined space with a sunny patio at 69 Brock St!
