As the autumn season invites us to slow down and turn inward, join Hang and Karin for a deeply restorative 90-minute journey of rest and renewal. The evening begins with gentle, supported yoga postures designed to release layers of tension in the body and quiet the nervous system.

As you soften into stillness, you’ll be bathed in the healing resonance of sound of singing bowls, chimes, and soothing tones that encourage deep relaxation and inner harmony. Together, breath, movement, and sound weave a space where you can restore balance, replenish energy, and welcome the beauty of autumn with ease and presence.
