You're invited to a FREE presentation at Balance Yoga & Wellness, hosted in collaboration with Catalyst Nutrition and Training:
Balanced Meals & Mindful Eating โ a practical and empowering talk designed to help you reach your nutrition and fitness goals without dieting.
This presentation explores how combining balanced nutrition with mindful eating can support a healthier, more intentional lifestyle โ in alignment with the mindfulness we cultivate in yoga.
The session will be presented by a Dietetic Intern and Certified Personal Trainer, representing Catalyst Nutrition and Training.
Brooke, the owner of Catalyst and a Registered Dietitian, will also be in attendance to connect and answer questions.
๐งโโ๏ธ Want to make a full morning of it? Start with our Beginnerโs Yoga class from 11:00 AM โ 12:00 PM (optional and not included in the free event).
Drop-in: $18 | Student/Senior: $13 | Class passes and memberships welcome!
๐ค Then, at 12:30 PM, enjoy the FREE wellness presentation, followed by healthy snacks and a chance to ask questions, connect, and be inspired.
