Yin Yoga in Memory of Lisa D.

🕯️ Yin Yoga Memorial Class Honoring Lisa D. 🕯️

Join us as we come together to honor and remember our beloved former teacher, Lisa D., whose light touched so many within our Balance Yoga & Wellness community.

🧘‍♀️ This special Yin Yoga class will be led by Lisa’s niece, Mindy Lasoski, in loving memory of her aunt.

🗓 Date: Sunday September 28th
🕒 Time: 3:00 – 4:15 PM
📍 Location: Balance Yoga & Wellness
💜 Donation-Based – All donations will go to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, a cause close to Lisa’s heart.

✨ Light refreshments will be served after class as we gather, connect, and share memories of Lisa’s beautiful spirit.

All are welcome – whether you practiced with Lisa or simply want to join in support. Let’s hold space together to celebrate a life well lived and deeply loved.
