 Presented in a warm, softly lit room with ambient music, this class requires no previous yoga experience. Gift yourself this unique blend of modalities as an opportunity for self-care.

Restorative yoga is a completely different experience than most other styles of yoga. Together we will be guided through a series of grounded postures where the body is completely supported by props (bolsters, blocks, etc.) that are held for a longer duration, allowing the body to open through passive stretching.

✨While these poses are held, Lisa will circulate throughout the room to share Reiki energy with each participant. Reiki is a Japanese method of working with the universal life-force energy within us all. It can help promote relaxation while reducing stress and anxiety by guiding energy throughout the body to promote the recipient's self-healing abilities.
When the body enters a state of relaxation the mind can also consciously relax as tension is released from both body and mind.

?What to bring:
Yoga mat, water, comfy clothes, and anything you’d like to get cozy on the floor (your favorite blanket, eye pillow, warm socks, etc.)

? Please note:
Essential oil blends or sprays may be used during this experience. Please inform the instructor of any allergies or sensitivities to scents/fragrances/essential oils prior to the start of class.
?Investment is $30.

?Class size is limited, so registration via www.balancenepa.com/workshops or the MindBody app is encouraged to guarantee your spot in class.

?Walk-ins can only be accommodated on a FCFS basis, if class is not already full with registered participants.
