Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the connective tissues and energetic pathways of the body — also known as prana or chi. With long-held, passive postures and an emphasis on inner awareness, Yin invites stillness, sensation, and surrender. Rooted in modern anatomical understanding, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and ancient yoga asana, Yin offers a counterbalance to dynamic “yang” styles of movement and fosters a deep connection to the subtle body.
This 2.5-day immersive training offers a comprehensive dive into the practice, philosophy, and teaching of Yin Yoga. Designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, this course explores Yin as a pathway to subtle awareness, energetic balance, and individualized expression.
