Step into Flow with the 8-Form Tai Chi Sequence
Have you always wanted to learn Tai Chi but felt intimidated by the long 108 movements? Good news! There’s a simple 8-form sequence. This short form includes key moves from the classic 108, offering the essence of Tai Chi in an easy-to-learn style. Discover the grace, balance, and inner calm of Tai Chi in this accessible workshop. The 8-form sequence provides a powerful introduction to Tai Chi’s flowing movements, helping you build strength, release stress, and connect with your breath. Designed to be practiced daily, it supports long-term vitality and balance. Whether you’re new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop will leave you grounded, energized, and centered.
Bonus: Hang will share daily Qi Gong warm-ups before commencing with the Tai Chi sequence.
All are welcome - no experience needed, just a breath and an open heart.
What to bring:
1. An open mind and a loving heart for yourself.
2. Kindly dress conservatively with exercise clothing that covers the knees and midriff. Layer up, just in case it’s sunny, we’ll go outside to the magical pond.
3. Wear outdoors and bring indoors sneakers - the studio has a no-outside shoes policy. Avoid sandals and crocs.
4. A water bottle.
