Summer Solstice Celebration

Just as in nature, we experience seasons in our lives. There are seasons of growth and seasons of rest, seasons of joy and seasons of sorrow. Each of these changes has a purpose and each teaches us a lesson. If you are ready to enter into a new season of your life, join us in celebrating the Summer Solstice with 108 sun salutations. We come to this practice to move joyfully and openly into the next season, to embrace the changes coming, and to challenge ourselves to stand in our power.

When: Friday June 20th
Time: 5:30 – 7:30p
Location: Ignite Yoga parking lot
Cost: Drop-In, 10-Class Pass, or Membership
Donations will be accepted to benefit SICSA
