Healthy Happy Hour!

Join a group of like-minded women whose purpose is to lift and support each other in healthy ways. Your host, Tammy Wright, will begin with a brief breathing meditation and an offering of a flight of juices. We then proceed to pair up and give each other some guided experience with the bowls, we will go through it twice so each person can give and receive. We end the hour with a group discussion on how we can nourish our community with love, compassion and acceptance.
