This experience invites you to connect deeply with the healing power of nature. Guided by Megan Schooley, Experiential Educator and Community Herbalist, and Lydia Missal, LCPC-S, Ceremony and Rites of Passage Guide, and owner of Flow State Psychotherapy, LLC, you'll engage in activities of wellbeing that support your path of self-discovery. Through nature-based practices and intentional connection to the land, participants will align with life’s natural rhythms while engaging in powerful therapeutic experiences. This overnight intensive blends mindfulness, somatic practices, and experiential therapy to support deep healing and personal insight.
