Submersive Sound Bath with Sammy & Sienna
Dive deep into a transformative journey of vibration and healing with Sammy & Sienna. This immersive 90 minute Sound Bath starts with a short, gentle meditation and combines the powerful resonance of crystal sound bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, and chimes, woven together with intuitive energy work to guide you into deep relaxation and restoration.
Let the layers of sound wash over you, submerging your senses in waves of frequency designed to clear energetic blockages, balance your nervous system, and elevate your spirit. Whether you're seeking grounding, clarity, or deep release, the sonic journey offers a sacred space to reconnect with your inner self and recalibrate your body, mind, and soul. Each person will receive one-on-one energy work and sound healing during this group event.
In the event space, we will set a Sacred Geometry Grid for cleansing and activation.
Yoga mats and pillows are provided. Please note that as energy moves you may feel cold- so please bring your own blanket as well as whatever makes you feel comfortable!
Shop hours are 10am-6pm. Doors to event close at 6:55pm for a prompt 7pm start. Please arrive early if you'd like to give yourself ample time to get comfortable and enjoy the space.
