Warm up & unwind with the help of the hammock as we begin with an easy flow. Then move inside the silk, enjoying a body scan while suspended with focused breathing. Feel the support of the fabric as You let the body deeply rest. Let the contours of the cocoon hold You without the aches & pains that gravity or a firm floor can perpetuate.
Truly enjoy the sensation of being held by the hammock while leaving the ground below. Then expand the experience with meditation.
