Yoga in the Park

Take your yoga practice outside! It's a powerful way to tap into yourself, and the healing, transformative powers of nature. Whether you’re looking for a healthy dose of connection to the great outdoors, need to relieve stress, feel grounded, or get back to your roots, outdoor yoga is the recipe for transformation.

Join The Om Well Collective with rotating teachers at the beautiful riverfront Cobb Park in Kankakee! Class meets on Sundays in June and July at 8:30am.

This will be a 45 minute gentle practice for beginners or have the option to challenge yourself. Bring your own mat and water. Walk-Ins welcomed at $10/class or pre-register online at kvpd.com for the June and July Class Pass for a discounted rate.
