Beginner BellyDance Techniques - Levels 100-201

This class is designed to teach basic belly dance technique training and drills, history lessons, musical theory, and studies of the art form. This class takes the basic movements from our 100-201 Level fundamentals, and applies them to create muscle memory in the body and build technique to place into application for fun in combos to practice at home.

Come join our movement community of fun loving humans who want to learn an art form and cultural appreciation for movement. Love yourself for the amazing things your body can do each day, and come dance with us!

Classes are $40 per month/ $12 Drop in. Please pay at the beginning of each month to grab the package pricing. :)
