Join us for our 4-day retreat at the Aloft Jacksonville Tapestry Park in Jacksonville, FL! Located at 4812 Deer Lake Drive West, Jacksonville FL 32246, south of the main city and east of I-95. This area is also chock full of dining and shopping experiences.
The crop starts on Thursday at 10am and ends on Sunday at 5pm. The crop room is open the until midnight on Thursday and until 2 am on Friday and Saturday night.
All attendees will receive a five foot table for cropping with power! (ETA: This was originally and erroneously, listed as six foot tables on this event page, but was correctly listed on our website. I apologize for the cut/paste error that I made. If you have registered with the expectation of having a six foot table and don’t want to crop with anything less, you may request a refund at

We also have numerous vendors that will be offering both products for sale and classes.
We will provide lunch on Saturday only. We will also provide water, ice and various snacks all weekend.
Hotel rooms are the responsibility of each individual/group and can be reserved once you have completed payment. Once we verify your payment was received, the link or code will be provided to you. Cost for a standard room is $155.00 per night plus taxes. Our rate expires on 6 Oct 2025. NOTE: Reserve early! Our rooms are a complimentary hold not a guarantee. There is a basketball event this weekend, too! Breakfast is NOT available in the hotel but there are nearby options. Complimentary parking and wifi throughout the venue. If you have special requests for the hotel, please communicate that with them far in advance, not when you arrive at the hotel. Often, requests cannot be accommodated at the last minute...like a special room or a room in a specific location. If room location is important to you, please make that clear when you reserve your hotel room.
All seats at this event are $190.00. A $50.00 deposit is required to hold your spot, or you may choose to pay in full. Balance is due no later than August 30th. (Note: we do not offer any other packages, or day or partial-day rates, until the week before the event. If the event is not sold out, you may email us with a request for a day rate.)
