10:00 – 10:15 AM | Check-in & Welcome
10:15 – 11:30 AM | Salsa History & Musical Structure : main instruments, beat, timing, and understanding through body movement & footwork
11:30 – 11:45 AM | Pause & Snacks (fruit and tea provided)
11:45 – 12:45 PM | Secondary instruments, beat, timing, and understanding through body movement & footwork. Deep practice : embody rhythms with body movement & footwork, tuning into each instrument in the music .
