🔸 10:00–10:30 AM → Registration & Warm Welcome
Settle in, meet your fellow dancers, and get ready for an energizing and empowering experience.
🔸 10:30–11:30 AM → Son Cubano with Abanico (Fan)
Step into the timeless elegance of Son Cubano, one of Cuba’s oldest and most beautiful dance styles. In this workshop, Clara will teach you how to:
✨ Master the beat, classic movements and techniques of Son Cubano
✨ Play with abanico (fan) techniques to add flirtation, grace, and feminine charm.
✨ Create delicate yet expressive movements that make you stand out on the dance floor
Whether you’ve used props before or not, this session will help you connect with the music and your body in a new, sophisticated way.
IMPORTANT: Bring your own fan. Dance heels are not mandatory but recommended.
🔸 11:30–11:45 AM → Break
Hydrate, chat, and reset your energy for the next session.
🔸 11:45 AM–12:45 PM → Timba Body Movement & Styling
Now we turn up the heat! This class focuses on the bold, juicy, and powerful side of Timba dancing. You’ll work on:
🔥 Isolating different body parts (shoulders, chest, hips) for smoother, more expressive movement
🔥 Adding arms and hand styling with purpose, not just decoration
🔥 Playing with dynamics, musicality, and personal expression so you don’t just dance – you perform
Expect drills, playful combinations, and Clara’s expert coaching to help you own your space and dance with intention, strength, and joy.
IMPORTANT: Bring comfortable, non-sticky shoes
