About Your Guide: Steven Garner
With over 10 years of experience in mindfulness and healing work, I draw from a diverse range of practices, including:
Mahayana and Plum Village Buddhism
Hindu breathwork techniques
Native American earth-based teachings
Somatic tools from trauma recovery therapy, inspired by my own journey healing from PTSD as a U.S. Marine war veteran
And my current studies in psychology, where I continue to bridge science and spirit
