Saturday Supper Club: A Forest-Inspired Food Pop-Up in Indore

On Saturdays , a table opens up in a quiet corner of Indore for those who crave more than just dinner. The Saturday Supper Club is a curated food pop-up celebrating seasonal produce, forgotten ingredients, and stories from India’s forests.

Curated by Chef Harshita Kakwani — a forest-food expert and founder of Earth Song — each dinner is themed (think: “Fruit as Vegetable,” “Petrichor on a Plate,” or “Mahua Nights”) and showcases 5–6 plated courses woven together with stories, textures, and aroma.

The menu includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, inspired by indigenous traditions and adapted to the theme of the evening. Expect rustic, comforting food served in elegant form — thoughtfully layered with memory, landscape, and spice.

No two Saturdays are the same. But what stays constant is the intention: to offer a pause. A place to connect — with food, stories, and fellow diners.
