Bhopal has various historical sites and cultural hubs which makes it a great city to visit. The upper and lower Lake of Bhopal fed by the Kolas River and divided by an over-bridge and built by Raja Bhoj in 11th century is a great place to visit and enjoy the natural beauty. Sanchi, the world heritage site, is another great place to visit due to its ancient Buddhist architecture.
