🌕 Full Moon Beach Yoga Community Event
✨ What to Expect: Join us under the moonlight for an evening of movement and connection. This Full Moon Beach Yoga monthly series was created to bring together like-minded people who love yoga, the beach, and the magic of the moonrise. I’m Kate The Great, a certified yoga instructor and sound practitioner passionate about yoga, sound healing, and building community. This class is open to all levels no prior yoga experience needed!
🌊 After Class: Stick around for a letting go ceremony to release what no longer serves you. It’s a beautiful time to align with the energy of the full moon.
🧺 What to Bring: Yoga mat, large blanket, tapestry, or beach towel (to layer under your mat), reusable water bottle, a friend + your good vibes!
Pro Tip: Lay down your large blanket first, then place your mat on top for extra comfort and less sand!
đźš— Parking Info: Metered parking available. Annual parking permits can be purchased from Indialantic Town Hall.
