📵 Retreat Mindfulness Guidelines
To support deep presence and inner reflection, we kindly ask that guests:
Minimize phone use from Friday arrival through Saturday breakfast
Avoid using phones during group activities or in shared spaces.
(Unless specifically invited for a photo or prompt)
Airplane mode is encouraged during sessions to support personal and group energy.
Room 1 – King Bed w/ En Suite + Private Patio (1st Floor)
A spacious private room on the first floor with a king bed, private en suite bathroom, and a private patio—perfect for quiet solo reflection or a relaxing couple’s stay.
Solo Occupancy: $625
Early Bird: $550 (until May 11)
Couple (Shared Bed): $400 per person

A spacious upstairs room with a king bed, private en suite bathroom, and walk-in shower—perfect for a couple or a solo guest seeking extra space.

Room 4-🛌 Shared Room – 3 Single Beds + Jack & Jill Bath
A shared space with three single beds and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom. Perfect for solo guests who enjoy community, connection, and a cozy atmosphere.

Room 5-🛌 Shared Room – Bunk Bed + 1 Single Bed (3 Guests Total)
A budget-friendly shared room with one bunk bed and one single bed, shared among three guests. Great for friends or solo travelers seeking community and simplicity.
Shared Bed Space: $250 per person

Room 6 – King Bed w/ Semi-En Suite Bath (Upstairs)
A cozy upstairs room with a king bed and a semi-private bathroom featuring dual access (shared with the hallway and another bedroom). The bathroom includes a tub and shower combo, offering convenience and added privacy.
Solo Occupancy: $500

Couple (Shared Bed): $325 per person

💳 Payment Details & Policies
To reserve your space at the "I Am a Mirror Reflection of the World" Retreat, please read the payment structure below:
🔹 Early Bird Pricing Deadline: May 11
To receive the discounted Early Bird rate, payment must be submitted in full or a deposit received by May 11.
🔹 Deposit to Reserve Your Spot
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space, whether booking at the Early Bird or regular rate.

🔹 Final Payment Due: June 27
The remaining balance must be paid by June 27. If your balance isn’t paid by that date, your spot may be released and your deposit forfeited.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
The $100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made before June 1: Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made between June 1 and 15: 50% of the remaining balance (after deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellations made after June 15: No refunds will be issued. You may transfer your spot to someone else with approval.
I understand that life happens—if you have an emergency, please contact me. I always aim to be fair and compassionate while honoring the planning and costs of retreat preparation.

Theme: Arrival as Reflection
5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Check-In & Settling In
Welcome to your retreat home. Light snacks and tea will be available. Take time to unpack, settle, and tune into your inner space.
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Opening Circle & Intention Setting
We begin with grounding breathwork, an introduction to the weekend theme, and a short journaling prompt:
“What do I see in the world that reflects something in me?”
Includes gentle movement and shared space.
7:15 – 8:15 p.m.
Dinner (Mindful Eating)
Our first nourishing meal together. Eat slowly and intentionally, tuning into taste, breath, and stillness.
8:30 – 9:15 p.m.
Turtle Walk: Nighttime Mindfulness Journey
A silent walk on the beach to observe nesting turtles. Step into nature’s rhythm as you reflect on the theme of stillness, observation, and natural cycles.
9:30 p.m. onward – Quiet Hours Begin
Guests are invited into silence until 8:30 a.m. Saturday. This is a sacred time to rest, reflect, journal, or take a quiet moonlit walk.

Theme: Inner Light, Shared Mirror
White Attire is requested after dinner for the evening celebration and ceremony.

Beach Yoga: Meditation and Vinyasa Slow Flow
Theme: “The World Reflects What’s Within.”
8:15 – 9:00 a.m.
Mindful Breakfast (in Quiet)
Guests continue the silent time. Enjoy each bite with full awareness, honoring the morning in stillness.
9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
Mirror Journaling & Partner Reflection
Explore your reflection through journaling and conscious partner dialogue. Questions and exercises will guide you toward deeper self-recognition.
11:00 – 12:00 p.m. Solo Reflection / Silent Beach Walk
A sacred hour of silence for walking, resting, or meditating by the water.
12:15 – 1:15 p.m.
Lunch
Continue mindful eating practice. Phones remain tucked away as we nourish in presence.
1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
Cacao Ceremony & Intention Sharing
A heart-opening ritual with warm ceremonial cacao. Share what has softened, awakened, or become clear within you.
2:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Free Time / Optional Activities
Choose what serves you: paddleboarding, kayaking, journaling, or art journaling. Reconnect with self and nature.
4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Sound Healing Session
An immersive sound journey to integrate the weekend’s energy using crystal bowls, gongs, and sacred vibration.
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Dinner
Enjoy a nourishing, grounding dinner to prepare for our celebration night.

Guided Mirror Movement Ceremony
In white attire, we gather for a ritual evening of guided movement, paired reflection, and group energy.
This experience invites you to see yourself in the eyes of another—to be the mirror, and to witness the mirror in others.
8:45 – 9:30 p.m.
Celebration & Connection Time
Music, herbal tea, light treats, and joyful, soul-led interaction. Dancing, laughter, or simply sitting in the glow of community. This is a celebration of all you’ve uncovered and released.
9:30 p.m. onward – Quiet Hours Resume
Guests are again invited into personal silence to wind down the night.

6:45 – 8:00 a.m.
Sunrise Meditation & Gentle Movement
Our final guided practice, welcoming the morning light as a reflection of all we’ve received.

Mindful breakfast to nourish and close the weekend in gratitude.

Closing Circle & Integration
Share final reflections, set intentions for the world you’ll return to, and how you’ll carry your inner mirror forward.

Final moments, hugs, and photos (mindfully!).

This is a co-ed retreat, so please pack with shared spaces and group activities in mind. To help you feel fully prepared for a weekend of reflection, movement, and connection, here’s what we suggest bringing:
Yourself (most important! 😊)
Journal + Pen/Pencil for reflection, mindfulness, and journaling
Pajamas for cozy, restful nights
Yoga Clothes for daily yoga and movement sessions
Swimsuit for beach fun, relaxation, and paddleboarding
Sunscreen/Bug Spray to keep your skin protected during outdoor activities
Outdoor Blanket for mindful beach walks or simply relaxing by the water
Reusable Water Bottle to stay hydrated and energized throughout the retreat
Paddleboard, Kayak, or Surfboard (optional, but encouraged for some fun ocean activities!)
Yoga Mat for your daily yoga and beachside practice
Sun Umbrella for extra shade and comfort during outdoor sessions (optional)
Sun Hat to protect yourself from the sun while staying stylish

🏡 Retreat Location & Amenities
The house is thoughtfully stocked with a few beach essentials for your enjoyment, including boogie boards, beach chairs, a sun umbrella, a pop-up beach tent, and a cooler for group use—perfect for ocean play and relaxation.
We’re nestled in a peaceful location just a short walk from the beach, and close to several beautiful destinations if you choose to explore before or after the retreat:

Whether you’re soaking up the sun or enjoying a peaceful nature walk, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to connect with the beauty around you.
🍽️ Food Note: Optional Shared Contributions
All meals will be lovingly prepared and provided throughout the retreat, so no need to bring anything—but I know many of you enjoy sharing and contributing to the experience!
If you feel called to bring a little something to share with the group, here’s a suggested guide based on your last name:
A–F: Fresh fruit or juice
G–L: Healthy snacks (e.g., nuts, granola, veggie chips)
M–R: Sparkling water or herbal tea
S–Z: Crackers, dips, or dark chocolate
This is optional—just a way to add extra love and variety to our shared space. Please let Candice know what you plan to bring so we can ensure room in the fridge if needed.
