Friday Night Therapeutics

Yoga therapists merge ancient yoga practices with evidence-based protocols to address many physical and mental health conditions ailing our modern world.

Friday Night Therapeutics is desigend to downregulate the nervous system through a mix of gentle asana, sound therapy, meditation and yoga nidra. We will provide a safe place to calm the mind and release tension.

Corey Woodrum, RYT 500 is a graduate of Kripalu Yoga's Yoga Therapy Program and has been teaching yoga since 2019. His offerings are rich with knowledge, creativity + personal experience. His ability to connect with others is second to none. You're in good hands.
