Meditation & Sound Healing - Pearls of Triumph: Come Transform With Us

The natural birthstone for the month of June is a pearl. We all know and recognize pearls for their symbol of purity, wealth and wisdom. The pearl has some other unique qualities as well. Did you know that the pearl is the only gemstone that is formed in the sea and not the earth’s crust? Unlike emeralds, sapphires, rubies, the pearl is formed in a living mollusk. What’s more intriguing is that the pearl is formed through a transformative process where the mollosk turns an irritant into a treasure.

Are there irritants in your life that you can transform? Are there obstacles that you can turn into success or triumphs? We have the opportunity to be alchemists in our own right. Where can we release sorrows? Bitterness? Disappointments? And free ourselves to embrace the treasure within?

Join us for this night of tranquility led by Lara Lukesh. Lara is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association and UPeace, the University of United Nations.

1 hour evening candlelit class that begins with light stretching, moves to guided meditation, and concludes with sound bath.

$20/person.

Please arrive a few minutes early to grab a spot. We encourage you to bring a mat, pillow or blanket and wear comfy attire. No experience necessary! All are welcome!
