Garden to Table : Peach Season Favorites

Celebrate the peak of peach season with a menu that brings out the best of this golden summer fruit—sweet, savory, and utterly irresistible.

We’ll start with Grilled Peach, Prosciutto, Burrata & Basil Crostini, a beautiful balance of creamy, salty, and sweet, finished with your choice of reduced balsamic, honey drizzle, or fresh pesto.

Next, you’ll learn to make Roasted Chicken Thighs with Peaches, Basil & Ginger—a savory-sweet dish where juicy peaches roast alongside tender chicken, infusing every bite with summery flavor and aromatic drippings.

And to finish? A rustic Peach Upside-Down Cake, with caramelized fruit topping a lightly spiced nutmeg-scented cake—simple, beautiful, and made to share.
