Join us for a fresh take on summer’s most versatile vegetable—zucchini—in this flavorful, plant-forward cooking class with Meme Fehr. From light and healthy to indulgently sweet, you’ll explore zucchini in three delicious forms:

Zucchini Soup – Creamy, bright, and refreshing, this soup blends coconut milk, fresh herbs, ginger, and lime into a bowlful of vibrant flavor. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner or light lunch—and naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan!

Zucchini Fritters with Tzatziki – Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, these zucchini fritters are a must-have summer appetizer or side. A zesty homemade tzatziki sauce takes them to the next level.

Zucchini Cake with Ginger & Hazelnuts – A sophisticated spin on classic zucchini bread, this cake is tender, delicately spiced with fresh ginger and orange zest, and topped with crunchy hazelnuts. Best of all—you’ll take home your very own cake to enjoy!
