SACRED CONNECTION: Mindful Movement for Mama & Baby w/ Bridget Tsikouris ~ HOWLAND

Find the connection you’ve been looking for during your pregnancy while preparing physically and mentally for labor and birth.

Join Bridget in a warm, safe environment for expectant moms to talk freely about the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of their pregnancy experience. This 90 minute workshop includes mindful movement to help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine, and increase your overall comfort.

Classes are accessible for all levels of students and those new to yoga as well. Please be sure you have clearance from your care provider before beginning prenatal yoga.
