Canvas Art Community Project & Gentle Yoga

Join us for an evening of gentle yoga and a community art project. All students will be provided with 2 small canvases and drawing materials to create their own unique canvas art pieces. It will be a meditative experience, along with candle light, soft music, and light refreshments.

You are more than welcome to keep one for yourself and give the other to the studio to have as a memory of this beautiful experience we've all shared together.

After we create art together, we will all end the evening together with a relaxing gentle style yoga class.
