Full Moon Cerimony

Saturday 7pm to 8:30pm

Celebrate the Sturgeon Full Moon of August outside on privet property.

We will be focusing on self care and letting go of thoughts and patterns that no longer serve us.
Reminding us to be present and to live with intention.

This class includes a guided ceremony of release and intention, chilled cacao (chocolate) and/or red wine, gentle yoga, and guided meditation to close the ceremony.

Space is limited to 12 people

You will need; yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, comfortable clothing, water bottle,
a blanket, pillow and a journal to write in (also a pen)

If you would like, bring something to place on the alter to absorb the full moon

Cost per person is $30
