Root to Rise ~ Yoga with Gerry 10 Weeks

5:15pm to 6:15pm

Yoga means Union – the union of mind, body and spirit. Find the path toward harmony and balance in this busy world. In this 10-week series we will explore the breath, the poses of yoga and meditation to calm the mind.

This series is adaptable for all – from beginners to those who are more advanced. This series will look toward Flexibility, Strength and Stability for our mind, body and spirit.
