• First we start our evening by smudging Palo Santo and or Sage to release any stagnant energy, making room for positive vibrations.
• Second, we'll have some gentle warm-up exercises. Please wear comfortable attire for ease of movement.
• Lastly, we invite you to fully relax your mind and body and lay down on the beach. As we guide you to slow down your breath, let all your tention and worries drift away in the clouds in the sky.

Geo embarked on his journey with Reiki and yoga following the demise of his grandfather. Despite facing challenging circumstances, he aspired to establish a profound connection with the subtle energies that surround us. With an adventurous spirit, he explored new horizons and continued to expand his knowledge through his experiences and global travels. Geo's dedication to his craft is truly inspiring. He became a Reiki master in 2012 and began sharing his knowledge with the world. His yoga journey began in 2015, after he took an elective class to graduate from college. He received his certification in 2016, and since then, he's been traveling the world to teach and promote yoga. He seized the chance to teach in various countries, including the United States, Mexico, Italy, Spain, and Morocco. Geo's ultimate goal is to create a retreat center where people from all over the world can come together to share their practices and learn from one another. This vision is both ambitious and admirable.

• ビーチに横たわるために敷く物、日が暮れると肌寒くなるのでブランケットか上着、街灯がとても明るいので目を覆うアイマスク、必要に応じて枕など、ご自身がゆったりとくつろぐ為に必要なアイテムをお持ちになる事をお勧めします。万が一の急な雨にも対応出来るような物をお持ち下さい。

Info: We’ll do some gentle warm-up exercises. Please wear comfortable attire for ease of movement, and feel free to modify the exercises as needed to accommodate any physical conditions.

Info: We'll then immerse ourselves in a soothing Sound Bath, enhanced by Reiki healing energy. As the healing vibrations wash over you, simply relax and allow the sounds and the healing energy to guide you to a state of deep peace.
