SunDog, a psych-pop trio from Anchorage, Alaska, lives up to their name—like the shimmering halos that form around the sun, their sound is both dazzling and otherworldly. Blending heavy metal-inspired psychedelia with echo-drenched pop, SunDog bends riffs into something uniquely their own. Emerging from the outer edges of the music world, they’ve quickly earned a reputation as rising leaders in the neo-grunge and psych scenes across the western United States.
